Chatime Roselands — Restaurant in Sydney

I have ordered from this Chatime twice on Doordash and both ordered were incorrect. The first order was warm and had no ice so I could accept that as at least the toppings were correct. The second time, again had no ice and all the toppings were incorrect or missing. Instead of calling or canceling the order they decided to just go ahead and put whatever toppings they wanted. 1 had no toppings at all the other two had a mix of fruit jelly instead of pearls. These were inedible and we had to chuck them out. You cannot just put whatever toppings you want in the drinks, this is extremely bad service and staffing. This is the worst Chatime experience I have ever had and I have been a loyal customer for over 16 years and don't get it from any of your competitors. the old lady took way too long to make my drink, I saw them pour extra water in my drink when it got served, I ignored the red flags and tried the drink and the toppings tasted extremely off, and drink was extremely watered down. I asked for two scoops of topping portion, because when I ordered one scoop, they proceeded to put 5 pieces of lychee jelly in my drink. This place is stingy and a waste of money. I had high expectations because I went to this Chatime about 2 months ago and it was like a completely different experience, The ladies that served me then; were fast and drinks tasted excellent and were generous with topping amount. I wasn’t pleased the last time we were here as the poor girl was run down off her feet trying to served everyone. The owner should not be stingy and be smart and look after his staff members , which means looking after his customers. Anyways thought I give them another go this morning , got two drinks. The strawberry smoothie was okay but the Large Taro was disgusting. It was like dirty dish water and barely can taste the taro. I’m sick of these kind of businesses taking customer money and not delivering the product. Look at the photo it’s not even a nice purple colour it’s almost a brownish purple.
