I went to the counter to ask for receipt, I saw the man that was making coffees look at me and tell the girl something. Took money out of the till and put it on tray that was coming to our table. No words to me at all. As soon as I asked for receipt the girl said āweāve already refunded you the moneyā. So if I didnāt go and check or ask for receipt there was no way they were going to do that. How are you ok ripping your customers off?? You knew you overcharged us and didnāt say a word until you saw me line up again waiting for the receipt.
