First and last visit to this place. Me and my sis took our elderly mum for breakfast on Friday 29th July .Ordered 3 lots of breakfast & a pot of tea. Shocking when a pot of tea arrived with 1tea bag rather than tea leaves .So we asked for another tea bag as the tea was light and tasteless . We were told it would cost us $4.50 ( basically they would charge us for another pot of tea) . So my sis said not to worry and produced a English Breakfast tea bag from her handbag. ,2 breakfast arrived in time, but pancakes only arrived after I asked as to how long it was going to take for pancakes to arrive. Food wasn’t great ( especially my corn Fritters-which didn’t hold it together well). I felt sorry for the beautiful natured girl serving on the tables and made her aware that ut wasn’t personal but more so the staff behind the counter and management needs to lift their service to survive . Cannot believe how affordable their brunch menu is! The brunch menu had a typical breakfast menu like big breakfast as well as bowls, sandwiches and burgers. We had their big breakfast- it was pretty filling but I found the sausage, poached chicken and the sourdough a little dry. But the scrambled egg was cooked nicely. The pancakes were soft & thick, which was plated beautifully with fresh fruits and granola. The schnitzel sandwich and beef burgers were amazing- the buns were soft and the sandwich filling were tasty. The chicken katsu was my favourite. The rice was not too soft or hard. Visited around 3.20pm on Wed 3rd July 2024. Paid for an iced latte with ice cream, a friand and a malabar chai. Instead of the latte with ice cream we were served up iced chocolate water by a girl who called herself a "barista". This so called barista was downright rude and had some problem smiling.

On enquiring about the missing ice cream she tried "misleading" us in that the latte was always served without ice cream despite the fact that we have been coming to this cafe and being served the same iced latte with ice cream for over a year now.

Food is ok but not consistent, and unfortunately this time a rude barista! Certainly unprofessional to lie and mislead customers.
