Sahara Grill — Local services in Sydney

I stopped by Sahara Grill at Roselands Shopping Centre and was seriously impressed. The teamwork between the two staff was next level. While one guy worked the grill, the other was prepping fries. Every task was done with care and precision.

The front area and grill were extremely clean, and the food prep was top quality. The kebab fillings were fresh, neatly prepared, and displayed beautifully. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The fries weren’t just sprinkled with chicken salt, they were tossed to make sure every single fry was perfectly seasoned.

The kebabs were made with care, layer by layer, with ingredients and sauces distributed perfectly from end to end. You could tell they really cared about the final result.

Food could be a lot better. They fill the kebab with lettuce and add 2 half slices of tomato and onion and meat. Not very tasty. Not very accommodating with small requests either. I ordered a kebab plate and wanted to exclude bread and rice for extra tabouli, I was told it was my choice to remove the bread and rice and they don’t have to add extra salad. Whanau, this has to be the best kebab ever. The flavors are soft and delicate, like a spring breeze, the kebab is huge to fill that appetite and make you question "can I finish this", but have no fear, that taste will make you want to devour it all and the 'bread' that your kebab is wrapped in is so soft you want to lie on it and dream about it. And I'm not even hungry.

This is my #1 Kebab store - no arguments and it has now ruined every other Kebab store for me. And for that...
