The Lady Hampshire — Restaurant in Sydney

. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to your restaurant. For a long time, I have been a regular customer, visiting weekly and always enjoying the high standard of food and service you’ve provided. However, my last few experiences have unfortunately been disappointing.

It seems the level of service has dropped noticeably. On my recent visits, the staff appeared uninterested, and the overall atmosphere was not as welcoming as it once was. Additionally, I noticed that the menus and surfaces were sticky, which detracted from the dining experience.

During my most recent visit, I ordered schnitzels with a side of greens. The greens arrived only after I had almost finished my main course, which was quite frustrating. I also ordered a dessert, one that I’ve enjoyed many times in the past, but on this occasion, it was served rock hard and burnt. It was inedible and definitely should not have been served.

The Lady Hampshire pub in Camperdown is an absolute gem. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a lively atmosphere and a warm, welcoming vibe. The pub's selection of beers on tap is excellent and they have a keto 0g carb beer too. There’s live music and a chill open courtyard. The food is unpretentious and delicious with pub classics like burgers and pizzas. But what really sets The Lady Hampshire apart is the staff. These folks are the real deal – the first time I walked in all 3 said a friendly hello, suggested things from the menu and had genuine conversations (about hangovers) a fantastic time! Rubbish pub that is way too loud.

Last time I went none of the toilets were available, they ran out of cutlery, they served extremely watery coke because the machine wasn't working and the speakers are ridiculously loud so everyone has to block their ears or lose their hearing.

How is someone meant to eat steak and mash potato with no cutlery?! The coke was only replaced when requested, but before that they just gave coke that looked like water?

It's a shame because Breko's trivia is awesome but it's far far too loud.
