Went to the Marrickville store. There was about ten to fifteen people already in line. We decided to wait as we thought the queue would move quickly (it didn't). After waiting almost forty minutes in the line, we finally reached the front of the queue only to be told by the two staff serving that some of the donut flavours were sold out including the ones we were after. One of the staff said they were getting more donuts in from their Camperdown store which would arrive in ten or fifteen minutes. She offered to come find us when they arrived which was nice of her. However the other staff member then said to her she couldn't do that as they can't reserve donuts for customers which meant if we wanted them, we would have had to go back to the end of the long line and wait again for possibly another forty minutes or longer to order again. It doesn't take much to go and tell people waiting in the queue that certain flavours are sold out or put a sign out front so people don't spend almost an hour to find out it's not available. Also why do you have two staff serving one customer at a time. Won't be going back...

A little bit of background ... I am legally blind and cannot see well, My vision is 20/200 ( 10 times worse than average vision ) so I need to get really close to things to be able to see them.

I went to this store trying to buy a dozen fruity donuts , when I first entered , the cashier was friendly and helpful , I told him I needed fruity donuts for a birthday he said he only had the blueberry ones , I asked when the menu changed and he said everyday that tomorrow they might have apple I said ok and I left.

Not a minute later I thought to myself " better be safe than sorry " and I went back to the store to buy the blueberry donuts ... to my surprise I found the cashier clearly mocking my visual impairment by getting as close to the show donuts as I did and mimicking me. the lady manager had a good laugh about it .. they were very shocked when I walked in again and saw them making fun of my disability

Worst experience I've had at a store in all my years...

This is a neat little joint that ive discovered on my commute to work in the past few months and they usually have a standard few selection of donuts they offer on most occasions. its definitely more on the unique side compared to the usual Krispy Kreme or some random cafe donuts, so thats definitely a bonus. service is… questionable however. Some days im met with a lovely, vibrant lady who serves me with a smile, and other days im met with a man who seemed like he hasn’t left the store to go home for 3 days in a row. I can sympathise though, since I was once a retail worker myself, but the contrast is a bit much!

They also only take card (pretty sure), and with practically all card payments nowadays, there’s going to be a surcharge. Regardless, the donuts here are expensive at about 6-7 dollars for most of them, but they're pretty darn tasty. I really wish they had Nutella donuts on the regular though. I would end up being there every single day...

Had been waiting ages to try these and finally got a chance to go and even got a park right outside. You order through a window, the guy serving didn't look to enthused about being there. I asked what the flavours were and he just pointed to the window which had the flavours written on it. I decided on a box of six, all different flavours. I almost had a heart attack when the bill was $35 lol! Was hoping they would be worth it! Got them home and they were ok....the homer doughnuts were good, the maple was terrible and had a sandy texture, the rest were just average. Definitely not the best in Sydney, L.A doughnuts and even Krispy Kreme are better. Cool box tho 😀

I have heard so much about this place before finally trying it. A friend kindly delivered some to me as a surprise as I had mentioned it so many times. I absolutely loved the fun packaging and as soon as I opened the box, everything looked fun and smelled tempting. The butter crumb donut was very rich and buttery and probably my favourite out of the 4 I tried. The texture is halfway between a dense traditional doughy donut and a krispy kreme. It wasnt too dense or overly sweet which was good. Perhaps after all the hype or maybe as I didnt get to eat it straight after it leaving the shop it wasnt as amazing as I had expected. Overall it was enjoyable.
