Average prices, not over priced not under priced but more on the affordable side. Friendly staff. Outdoor sidewalk seating. Clean bathrooms where nothing is broken and the tp is stalked. Has never been loud the times I've been here. Wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Went Camperdown hotel to have lunch at 2pm. Easy access by bus as it’s on Paramatta road. There was few customers and quiet. The steak and Caesar salad were average taste but we appreciated the affordable price! We left here with full and happy belly thank you so much!

This place is just a casino masquerading as a pub. As soon as I entered a bouncer jumped on me and ran through all the ‘rules’ I’d broken by just daring to enter! (I was just waiting for a load of washing to finish at the laundromat a few doors up). I couldn’t even carry my tiny dog to the bar to order. I said I don’t like leaving my dog unattended in some places incase he gets stolen and the barmaid said she’d mind him outside whilst I went to the loo, which I thought was really nice, but when I got to the bar, she had left him outside with random people! The bouncer was giving me the evil eye the whole time I was there even tho I was dressed up after being at an event, and.i.am.not.a.bogan! I then dared to light a cigarette outside and was told I had to practically stand in the gutter so I was 5 meters away from all the empty tables and when I returned to my seat with my heavy handbag I given ‘just a warning’ we’re closing this section in 15mins! I didn’t intend staying for more than one beer anyways but I was clear I wouldn’t have been welcomed even if I had wanted to! I hate this militaristic side of Sydney and it’s also scary when you’re a single woman having orders barked at you too! Unsurprisingly, the place was deserted at 8:20pm on a Friday night. When will the Kelly family’s stranglehold on my city end?...

A revisit after 4 months was a bit disappointing. Menu has changed again, back to the Oscars essentials. Gone is the attempt to provide more varied cultral dishes. Even with a non stimulating western menu the kitchen delays were excessive. People were questioning the delays. Ours took 24 mins for a steak & a steak burger witb only 30% of tables in use. The quality was good however Camperdown is full of Asian students & asian tourists all either travelling to Broadway, China town or using Uber eats. Campsie & other areas have proven hotels with East & West (Dumpings, stir-fry Luxa, steak & snitzels) can thrieve. It just needs...

Traditional corner pub with old school bistro food. Burgers and wraps mostly $20 but sometimes $18 for lunch specials. Staff seem nice enough. Vibe is a bit depressing with many quiet lone drinkers and pokies at the back but that's pretty normal for a pub like this. I suspect it won't be properly refurbished for a while - maybe that's a good thing to avoid high prices and the attitude among staff and customers that comes with...
