the ice cream is amazing. best ice cream ever if you will….. but, i went a couple of nights ago and the quality of customer service is low. the two girls were so slow and chatting/whispering which i don’t think is bad if they chat as long as you’re efficiently getting the job done. then it started getting busy and they still took their time so unbothered, one prioritised making an uber order as soon is it came through, which imo uber is last priority since there is an actual line of customers forming in front of u. i work in customer service and uber is last priority, idk maybe that’s how their boss taught them. the girl assembling the açai took so long too, i just wanted to walk in and do it myself. back in the day the service was so much better, idk how long ago but i think they were the original girls that worked there. i haven't seen the new ones with bad customer service before until the other day. also the granola is not the best for the açai. p.s the new york cheesecake ice...

Usually I love to visit scoop at mac sq, however tonight my experience was not pleasant at all. I was served by a blonde girl with glasses around 8:30 pm. Scoop is known for its good portion serving and I am regular customer so I know how big is one scoop. She is busy talking w other team mates while preparing my order, didn’t even realise that she put nearly half of what is the actual portion. After I asked her is this the portion you are giving, she rolls her eyes and gives me attitude me’ so u want more ice cream as if I am paying not for it. I understand in hospitality we have to keep kids as employees but they should know basic customer service. I didn’t drove all the way to macarthur to see that face full attitude when I am paying for something. I would appreciate if proper training is provided to that girl before putting her...

My friends and i visit this spot frequently, the employees usually do a good job with customer service and everything goes smoothly. However when i visited last night, there was a massive group of people standing around waiting whilst the two girls were talking loudly about whatever is happening in their own life, not paying attention to what they were doing properly!

To make matters even worse, when a delivery driver was showing the employee the order screen, she didn't look at him whilst she was talking and then proceeded to look back at her co-worker and roll her eyes and make a face!
