My review after visiting Shed, Edmondson park:

Shed Breakfast Review. Generally disappointed with this experience. It’s my go to spot for coffee in the mornings if I’m in the area, but my first time ordering food.

I knew they had missed my food order because the server asked if I was waiting for food - even with my order number card was clearly visible on the table. When the food eventually came out, eggs on sourdough, there was no care in presentation, the poached eggs were shrivelled and looked like an after thought. Waiting over 1/2 hr for that was outrageous.

I have been to this Shed on numerous occasions. Service is generally good. Coffee etc are not bad. Most staff are excellent. However our last visit was not at all pleasant. Our family of 10 people bought coffee, drinks etc and in addition got some takeaway from other local places. The cook saw that and indicated it to the manager who promptly informed us that we will be burdening his staff to clean up afterwards as well as the food from other places was smelling(not at all). I do concede that bringing food from other places wasn't a good idea however we can give Shed business instead of no business at all. Our big mistake. Shed reacted very selfishly. We immediately cleaned up left and haven't been there for around 4 weeks and counting. Other local shops are beneficiaries. Perhaps a bit of courtesy would not have been the case of lost business.
