This beautiful family owned business provides the most warming and welcoming customer service followed up with natural, authentic and flavourful gelato/sorbet/ice-cream.

The owners and staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They always make sure to say hello, before patiently helping you out with selecting the right flavour. They allow taste testing and always take on feedback on what the customers would like to see next (this is a big win!). They have created so many beautiful flavours off the back of feedback.

They have options that meet all dietary requirements. There are unique flavours, there are the fan favourites, there are the seasonal flavours, there are different textures some with crunch, some more creamy, some more icy etc. There are so many fantastic choices to pick from. Some are permanent others are seasonal. Their flavours are natural and delicious, the serving sizes are generous. The service is excellent.

I cannot stop raving on about this place! A family business that truly deserves all the success! Highly recommend and will definitely always come...

The last Birthday Ice Cream cake was delightful so went back to get Oreo Ice cream to compliment this birthday. Whilst there wanted another for my mum who was sick. Only issue was one was gluten free and one not and we have Ceoliacs in the family. A piece of paper between the two was offered but couldn’t contain contamination. I offered to buy the second container and asked for half in each and was then told the container itself costs $18 which is the cost of one filled with ice cream. I did leave but returned soon after to pay for two full containers only to walk into them talking about me with a customer. In 2024 and ceoliac my whole life I don’t expect much and realise the limitations but have generally found most people in the service industry very supportive. Disappointed !

To be clear - 1 container for 18 plus purchase a second container (just the container) put half in each. Very reasonable I would think.

I have only discovered this place in the last few years & I must personally admit everytime I walk through the door I am greeted by the most amazing team there. Smiles on their face and an impeccable service. Every visit I've had into this store I've seen a new flavour or a new combination absolutely bursting with creativity & passion. This is a family owned business so every bit of what they do is made with love. My wife & I personally are absolutely hooked on their custom made gelato cakes. Such a generous serving and the way it's displayed shows time and effort was being used. Dear team at Toscana Gelateria Naturale, I just want to express my gratitude for the love, effort & passion that you put into all your creations.
