01 August 2019 I have read your reply. You are upset because you are exposed! Firstly I am a customer. Secondly I have raised the issue with the girl behind the counter and her reply was "That is okay" and they are always fresh!. You have said "We cook and place them in the pot as we cook on demand", if it is a demand then potting the kebab is not valid! and they are not fresh! When you selling kebab on skewers means kebab on skewers not kebab from the pot and reheating! You clearly admitting you are doing this practice for 35 years!!! I have eaten kebabs for more than 50 years and never ever saw such a bad and wrong practice. You can not reheat and sell food. That is not fresh and clearly I do not pay for reheated food. I ate the kebabs because I have paid for it and I was hungry but did not finished it as some part was even cold. I do not appreciate your wrong practice. I also paid for the bread and it was nothing extra and it was part of the serving. Also there is nothing harsh about my review and it is only truthful observation. Instead of questioning my personality please fix your malpractice. People don't pay to eat reheated food. Thank you Ordered chicken and lamb skewers and they open the pot and reheated the chicken and lamb. I told the girl this is not fresh and she said yes it is fresh. Very bad cold meat. Never ever again. These kind of businesses better close down and not give these kind of food to people....

The staff working there has exceptional customer service. Very kind and Humble and responsive. While placing an order, if you’re unsure and if you want to know more about the contents, ask them and they will surely help you out. I have been there on busy days as well as normal days, they still are the same. The food is amazing. It’s fresh and flavourful. It makes you feel like going back to it. Though the seating area in front of this place is not a lot, as it’s a mall, you can sit anywhere you like. There are quiet a lot of places you can go to but I always keep going to this place. I order the halal pack of chicken. Usually, it comes with chips but you can ask them to replace it with rice instead and it’s the same price. There are two choices of sauces. I have tried their Homemade chilly sauce and it’s bomb digs!! It’s less Spivey than the regular chilly sauce. The best Turkish food in Sydney without doubt in this branch ( in broadway shopping mall), and for me top food places in Sydney. This place is an example for successful food business as for management, food quality , service and everything. I will explain in few points : -Charlie who work there, is very nice and kind .He is always smiling , very friendly and helpful.(5/5) The service speed and quality are excellent (5/5) The food is fresh in very good qualify and reasonable price. Also the food is delicious with good portion.(5/5) They have amazing salads specially the Tabola. The mix Kebab plates were very tasty and in good portions. Definitely, i will come again to this amazing branch of Eat in Istanbul. Also i think this place with an excellent service and food should be on top food shops for all over Sydney.
