dishes are decent, the clay pot is more suitable for hot plate dishes since the rice is not included and came in a different bowls, ok but way too salty for that amount of rice. spring rolls also not bad/good, probably frozen. the spicy pho (bún bò huê) is not spicy at all like they’re lying to me even though the taste is good, also it was warm not hot (I think this happened because they’re waiting for my cousin’s pho and sit there for a long time, beef pho taste the same like they’re spicy pho without that red paste, for $20 is a bit too expensive especially with that amount of meat, tendons, and no orgas like tripe at all. the staffs are welcoming and friendly, both day and night staffs

During my recent trip, I visited Vietnam Why Not and tried their Hanoi style grilled pork vermicelli dish. It was truly aromatic and delicious, especially with the addition of crispy spring rolls. The grilled meat was fragrant and crispy, combined with the signature sauce and soft noodles, creating a flavorful and appetizing meal. The restaurant space was open and comfortable, adorned with Hoi An lanterns, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back to dine here if I return to Manly.

Having walked the length of The Corso looking for something for lunch on a sunny Fathers Day, we settled on Vietnam Why Not. I had some crispy fried noodles with vegetables and beef. Hubby had a chicken satay. Both plates just about licked clean! Soooo good! Visited Vietnam Why Not again last weekend. Service with a smile, and ever so fast! I had a delicious beef pho and hubby once again had chicken satay (he is a creature of habit after all). I look forward to our next meal there soon.

This is a relatively new restaurant in Manly and authentic vietnamese.

This will be the first of more reviews, we are going back.

Tonight we wanted refrshing flavours of Vietnam, Saigon Salad, prawn rolls, pork bao, all were very tasty and made for a light meal.

Our waiter was from south of Saigon and we discussed the cuisines of north and south.

Wine by the glass was inexpensive, meal was inexpensive. Especially for Manly and the quality product.

Only downside is the place is next to the main road, but not intrusive, seating is comfortable.

Recomend,...

We've eaten at many Vietnamese around Sydney, and I've travelled through Vietnam, and I have to say this is one of the best food wise (02/01/24). The spring rolls are superbly crisp, yet light, the Vietnamese Chicken & Prawn Pancake is one of the best since I went to that country, my girlfriend had the Tofu Rice Vermicelli Salad Bowl and loved it. We finished off with Deep Fried Ice Cream, a desert we both like and we agreed it was the best we've ever had. We live in the Eastern Suburbs and its almost worth it travelling on the ferry just to visit this...
