If like me you are fed up with paying $7 on a Sunday for a plain croissant at the artisan bakeries in Seaforth and around the area then come here…… Sure they may not be as flakey but they were bigger and a few minutes in the oven or grilled there no difference We all hear the world about cost of living but how can the other places can justify an extra $3.50 ???? They will tell you the price of butter has gone up, the reality is that boutique bakeries have become trendy so they have seen the opportunity to make money So support this great bakery otherwise it’s going to be $7 a croissant

One that almost got away.. They have been around for ever and are one of the very few left that make their breads without the overkill in sugar. There is only enough sugar in the bread to start the fermentation! Real bread not cake bread rubbish! Great selection of Vietnamese Sandwiches, Pies and Quiches and a Vanilla Slice to die for! Muffins and real cakes too. Go local beakers that keep to the real recipes. Well done keeping it up..will come back for the Rock and the Vanilla Slice for sure, and the rest..

We have been regulars here for 7 years and love their friendly and efficient service. Their Banh Mi are the best I have found in the Northern Beaches and we love their bread as they don't add extra sugar like others do. It doesn't last as long but is way healthier for your family. Great selection of cakes, pies and sandwiches and definitely recommend them if you want to support your local businesses.

Not really sure what is going on with this place. Seems to be closed more often than it’s open. Can’t be good for business. It’s such a pity, because if they promoted themselves better, the business could be so much better. PLEASE PLEASE play up the fact that you are local, you employ local kids, your bread is made with proper ingredients (and does not include all of the garbage of the big brands and even most of the smaller brands). If you let people know and give them a reason to come to the store, the locals will support it. Look at the neighbouring IGA and Butcher for inspiration and results of proper promotion and positioning....
