Vinamese Kitchen — Restaurant in Sydney

I had a very unpleasant meal today. I used to eat in this restaurant, but today's meatballs turned out to be bad. I told the waiter and ignored me for 10 minutes. After I went to the cashier, the manager came and asked me why I didn't tell him earlier. He meant that I ate so much before saying that the ingredients were bad.
