I'm a local in Cabramatta and have been eating from here ever since I was young. Recently the service and overall quality of food from Vinata has been absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
I asked for a chicken roll with no chilli, coriander and for the sauce separate to be put aside separately. Instead I was was given a piece of recycled stale bread with chilli, coriander, chicken and sauce already inside. They took out the chilli and coriander with tongs. Instead of just making a new one. This would've been extremely dangerous if I was allergic to any of those ingredients. I asked for a new bread but was ignored.
I have never been so appalled in my life. I will never be purchasing from there again, I'd leave a 0 star if I could. I never leave reviews but was obligated to do so- it's not just me, my friends and family have experienced such. It's also hasn't been this single time, but in fact multiple times.

I think I was served by the owner--very professional lady and extremely smart and kind. This is the kind of rudeness that makes people think negatively about Asian people and their businesses! If you only want Viet customers, why serve food in...
