Vinata's Hot Bread — Restaurant in Sydney

I'm a local in Cabramatta and have been eating from here ever since I was young. Recently the service and overall quality of food from Vinata has been absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

I asked for a chicken roll with no chilli, coriander and for the sauce separate to be put aside separately. Instead I was was given a piece of recycled stale bread with chilli, coriander, chicken and sauce already inside. They took out the chilli and coriander with tongs. Instead of just making a new one. This would've been extremely dangerous if I was allergic to any of those ingredients. I asked for a new bread but was ignored.

I have never been so appalled in my life. I will never be purchasing from there again, I'd leave a 0 star if I could. I never leave reviews but was obligated to do so- it's not just me, my friends and family have experienced such. It's also hasn't been this single time, but in fact multiple times.

So bad experience ever since I been in Australia . I bought spring rolls and the meat ball , I ask for a little shallots to put in the meat ball but the seller, she said you must extra money for that !!!! She told me if I went shopping in the grocery I need to buy the vegetables , so I need to pay money for my vegetable but I didn’t go shopping to the grocery, I buy the food that it was cooked and just add some shallot : 1-2 pieces not 100g or 1 kg , how can you said that with your customers. Very inconsistent product and service! Last week I had a pork banh mi featuring FRESHLY COOKED PORK and loved it. I think I was served by the owner--very professional lady and extremely smart and kind. I was hoping for a similar experience today, but am so disappointed and angry that I had the opposite experience: some other pork-like product was shoved into my sandwich and when I asked about the type of pork roll I had before, an older employee shouted at me that I was mistaken and made jokes in Vietnamese to the lady making my sandwich.
