I’ve been to this restaurant twice now and overall really enjoy it. The prices are great value, there’s a wide selection of meats, the food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. That said, I’d like to share one piece of feedback for the owner. During our visit last Saturday, the dining experience was disrupted by an unpleasant incident between guests. A group of three young diners were bringing their dogs through the indoor area to reach the outdoor dining area. They had called ahead to confirm the restaurant is pet-friendly and were following instructions. However, two older customers reacted aggressively, shouting that dogs weren’t allowed and confronting the group very rudely. Despite the three explaining the situation, the older couple wouldn’t back down. They had already finished their meal but continued to escalate things, chasing the group outside, yelling, filming them, and creating a scene for nearly an hour. The entire atmosphere inside became very tense and uncomfortable for all diners. When I stepped outside to grab food, I asked what was happening and learned the details. In the end, a staff member had to take both parties to the police station to resolve it. It felt very unfair to the dog owners who had done the right thing. If the restaurant confirms it’s pet-friendly and outdoor dining is available, customers should be supported in accessing that space, even if it means passing through indoors briefly. Despite the incident, I’d still come back because the food and service are great. Just hoping in future, similar situations are better handled to protect everyone’s right to a peaceful dining experience.

Wagyu House is the place for a fantastic rustic Korean BBQ buffet experience with fantastic cuts of all you can eat delicious marinated and non marinated meat, including high quality pork belly, Wagyu beef and lots of seafood options including good cuts of fish and blue swimmer crab. Heaps of great side dishes with kimchi and ice cream free also. A non alcoholic drink comes free with your meal. Adults at $40, students at $34, it’s exceptional value. It’s not a fancy restaurant so expect rustic wooden tables and red plastic chairs that kind of remind you of the best of those cheap and cheerful streetside overseas eateries, but I think it adds to the charm of the place. Especially as you risk your life dodging the cars coming in the parking lot as you cross back and forward from the buffet table back to your table, but where’s the fun if life is too safe? 😉 Don't expect fancy, but the food is absolutely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My photos don’t do it justice. Mostly as we ate all the delicious food before I remembered to take pics to post. (Sorry, not sorry, it was freaking delicious!)😅 Parking is quite limited. It is a lot less hassle to just park nearby on one of the quiet back streets and walk to the place, because if you drive in and there’s no car parking you have to somehow back out whilst not hitting restaurant diners, while also doing a three point turn in their narrow carpark, and then backing out onto busy Parramatta Rd, and it is a bit tricky. Everyone I ante with are already asking when are we coming back again. We’d all highly recommend.

Tried here last night and 2 stars is pretty generous to be honest. Got food poisoning from the place which wasn't much fun. So where do I start? From the fly's buzzing around the meat, which are stuck inside the cabinets with the meat? They time you 1.5hrs, but you still have to wait in line 20 mins just to get a can of coke and it takes 30 minutes just for the coals to finally get hot enough to cook your meal. We were approached by staff informing us we had 10 minutes left... Ok? Trying to turn over tables quickly even though the place wasn't busy and there were a lot of empty tables around. Management and staff, just open your eyes and have a look at the logistics of things. Half the items/meat isn't even labelled clearly so I'm not sure what some of the dead animal was in the cabinets? Could of been cat, dog, human, whale, unicorn for all we know...... Plus you have to walk from one building over to the other just to get salads or any other cold items. That's another 20 minutes off your timed sit-down with staff clock watching. So people if you're gonna venture here, don't try and find a park in the joint, you won't win. Try and find a backstreet and walk 5 minutes, less headaches from road-ragers on Parramatta road. Plus there's a lot better places around, Better one's in Campsie, Eastwood, Chatswood, etc $38 PP for this? No thanks. I'd rather chew my Soju glass.

Tried it on a Saturday night. Waited for about half an hour for a table. No service, chaotic, self serve your food, drinks, cutlery. Ordered wine and counter didn't even provide wine glasses and we had to ask for it. Plates were black in color so I can't even see if its clean or not.

The wagyu looks nice and had nice marbling when it's raw but it just tasted meh (tasteless and a little chewy) when cooked. Lots of meat and the only seafood choice was calamari. Marinated meats are generally better than unmarinated meat but the meat still have a lot of chewy bits. Beef tongue was disgusting as its too thick and tends to overcook , they should have sliced it Thinly.

Calamari was tender and good and side dishes were quite nice and decently stocked. There are sweet potato noodle, seaweed, kimchi, pickles, pickled cucumber, Beansprouts, hasnbrown, fried rice. This is where I gave the 1 star.

Overcrowded, noisy, seats are very close to each other, smoky as hell (I can feel our lungs calling out for help to get out of there). Doesn't seem to have any ventilation and the pipes don't seem to suck much smoke in. I think they used very lousy quality charcoal and that is why the bbq generates a humongous amount of smoke. I am surprised nobody has made a complaint yet on the amount of pollution it has made to the environment. I pity the staff working there. Staff here was mostly Chinese, have yet to hear a Korean staff.

Lots of people queuing for this place but I really don't know what's the big deal. $29.90 per person isn't that cheap for the amount of chaos and trauma that we had to go through. Won't be back even if you pay me. Was so glad to get out of there. And oh I am still trying to get the smell off of my car, as we parked there close to the...

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite Korean bbq restaurants however after our most recent dining experience here, I’m not sure if I’m keen on coming back. First of all, I have noticed that the quality of the meat has changed. The pork belly is pretty much 90% fat and it was so thin that as soon as you put it on the grill, it just melts and sticks onto the grill. Secondly, the service that we received from staff had been so poor. The 2 tables they had allocated us were already taken so we were left just standing there, in everyone’s way. I admit this could’ve been an honest mistake on their part but the way it was handled was poor. The staff just kept passing around the docket we were given which specified our table numbers before they decided they would sit us down on to the tables nearby. After that, as were finally settling in and had gotten some of our food from the buffet station, the staff decided they would move us to “a bigger table” as there were 7 of us. They gave us a table outside which was obviously not “a bigger table” as were squashed like sardines to a corner. We then spoke to one of the staff and requested if we could get a bigger table like the first one they gave us. One staff member also “guaranteed” she would give us the bigger table but that did not happen. Another staff member said they would get the manager but nothing also happened. To prevent anymore issues, we just kept quiet and tried to enjoy the food as much as we can as we wanted to have a nice family dinner.

Overall, my family and I were quite disappointed at the service we had. It could’ve just been very busy night for them but it definitely makes me have second thoughts whether to come...
