Despite being a regular customer I was really disappointed by today’s experience.
The actions of the front of house male staff was very demeaning and inconsiderate. He forcefully put two cinnamon rolls in a bag even though I clearly stated multiple times I only wanted one as we had already ordered other food it would have been too much. At that time I was in shock and did not want to cause a scene in front of other customers. It was a really humiliating thing to do by putting pressure on me in front of my partner and other customers, saying “come on if you get one and get the lady one as well” and that was just one of the comments he made. In no way is it about the money but it's more about being respectful and not being so pushy. I told him more than 3 times that we only wanted one. I don’t think it's fair to put customers in that position not only out of respect but it puts you in a very uncomfortable spot. What if he had been pressuring someone who could not afford it?
In saying that the food is always fresh and amazing. Normally the lady who serves us is respectful, kind and very lovely. Hopefully you guys can take this as constructive criticism as no customer deserves to be treated this way. Hopefully future visits will be more positive than...

Waitress was friendly enough but upon ordering our food with her, she immediately walked off and then we had to call her back to order our drinks. She told us to wait while she tendered to something else. But we were in the middle of ordering? We eventually ordered our drinks with her but only after we called her back. Which made us feel awkward. Weird. I don’t think it was intentional but not all of us have lots of time. Efficiency is everything. Take away order is much quicker. Coffee is great, food was average.
