Yumm!!! Gourmet Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Sydney

Figured I'd give this place a shot since it's close by. Ordered a double serve of ribs, 2x large pizzas, garlic bread and 1.25L drink. Went to pick up my order when it said was ready, and handed my pizzas when the young lady said "by the way, we don't have any ribs, there's nothing worth $35 we can give or do anything about that". I wasn't contacted or offered any substitutions and only given a refund when prompted. Now, I have to go somewhere to get more food since half my order and drink are missing. Pizzas were fine.. butchers block pizza was missing the steak and "hollandaise swirl" Customer service alone was bad enough to not go bad. You need to put your drink prices up on your fridge. I stood there for ages whilst someone took an order over the phone from someone who kept asking questions and changing their mind, which would all be fine except the man working there didn’t acknowledge me even waiting to be served. Then after nearly ten minutes of standing there holding just a can of drink, I asked the cost so I could leave the exact change and go, and he told me to wait. Put your prices on the fridge so next time someone is standing there with cash, they can just leave the exact money and walk away without having to wait unnecessarily for you to work out how to be polite...

Ordered $40 worth of food tonight, opened one of the pizza boxes to find a small dead cockroach inside. Absolutely disgusted & in disbelief that someone could miss seeing that while preparing the food and placing the pizza in the box? Felt sick to my stomach & didn’t touch any of the food. That is a major health & safety issue & this is my first and last ever order from this restaurant (which I initially ordered to try due to the good reviews) What a waste of so much food, put right into the bin. Really disappointing...
