The Reject Shop — Local services in Sydney

This store is normally great to shop at, however I wasn't impressed with the customer service experience I had there on the 25th May. Between 12pm and 1pm. The young girl with her black hair tied into a ponytail with fake eyelashes had an appalling attitude. I don't know if the previous customer annoyed her and she took it out on me or she didn't like it when I asked her if I could have a bag. Regardless the way she threw the saucers I bought into the bag, it's a wonder they didn't break. Management, train your staff on how to treat your customers with a bit of respect. My purchase wasn't exactly small, I spent over $70 only to be left feeling awful after...

There are some good bargains here, but be cautious when buying food items that are close to their expiry date. I recently purchased something that didn’t smell quite right, and unfortunately, after eating it, my partner became very sick and was off work for a few days due to food poisoning. This experience definitely made me understand why it’s called The Reject Shop — some products really do seem like they’ve been rejected...

Wandered through here for the first time, in a long time.

The only thing they are rejecting these days ...is low prices. Some of the stuff here was cheaper at Coles and woolies. Not very competitive considering high street penrith is full of cheap shops and ten tops isn't that far away either.

The only rejecting that happened this day, was me rejecting the reject shops high...
