Zanetti 5 Star Gourmet Deli Delicatessen Haberfield — Restaurant in Sydney

An easy 4.5 stars for Zanetti's. We were referred here by an old-school AusTalian friend who spend many years in the trade, and we were not disappointed. They have good range at the deli counter, helpful service and correct prices. Granted, not so much of the dried / tinned stuff that you can get anywhere. But the fresh mortadella, paper thin, was close to a religious experience.

Make your pilgrimage soon. These small, traditional businesses need all the help we can give them.

Waooooo, it was the best shop that I have visited in more than 20 years of living in Sydney, every Product we Purchased is an incredibly high-quality product with the best flavors and is also so fresh. you have the opportunity to try 1000 amazing and delicious products. They have a great selection of meats, cheese and vegetable fillings (eg super spicy salami to mild salami from various regions). Excellent quality and decent pricing. Great place to grab a lunchtime sandwich. There are some benches nearby around the corner to enjoy a quiet lunch.

Rationale for 5 stars: Staff were very patient when I was selecting meats and cheese to put into a sandwich, even suggested some items that paired well with what I had already chosen. Staff also recommended different types of meats for me...
