ZEINA'S — Restaurant in Sydney

A few weeks ago I popped in to have a coffee as I saw they had my favourite coffee brand. I waited in line while one lady was trying to figure out what she wanted (which I didn’t mind) and waited in line behind her. Another customer walked in and the lady in front of me had finally finished ordering and the server decided to serve the lady that came after me.

I let the server know I was there before her and she responded with “well I didn’t see you” so I decide to just tell her my order, an oat latte. They then started talking about the situation while I waited on the side for my coffee.

It was ready and she slammed it on the counter and doesn’t even say have a nice day or anything. I didn’t say thank you since the customer service was bad enough. But my coffee was just a long black and was watery. So I paid extra for oat milk and for what? Probably for it to be on top of the counter since it was handed to me so rudely.

Never going back there again. I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you want...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful breakfast centered around perfectly prepared eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection, boiled exactly how I wanted them. Came in this morning with my son while I was waiting for an appointment. The two ladies at front of desk were so lovely. And funny as I made a few comments about me buying the delicious seasme seed bar and protien ball.Was a good laugh. The protein ball was the best I've ever had. The little Cookies are the best ever. They made my latte perfect exta hot the way I like it. Zeinas cafe is so warm and charming. I cant wait to go back and try the food there. Definitely recommend and definitely be back.
