We ate here for my friends birthday breakfast. We had a booking for 10.30am, we arrived 9 minutes late. Stood around for a couple of minutes and then we got "told off' in front t of other customers. There was no hello....just a "you're late, I was about to call you, go straight to the counter to order' The next booking on our table is not 12.30pm, the staff behaviour really was not necessary. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! Some very rude staff members. Firstly we were greeted as an inconvenience. Then we asked another younger staff member about items on the menu and she was not helpful at all and went behind the counter to then tell the other rude staff member and have a laugh. Both need to check their attitudes and some lessons on how to be HOSPITABLE as they work in the Hospitality industry. One very rude staff member, probably one of the owners. Always short with customers, not helpful at all, I pity her workmates/staff. They cringe and roll their eyes every time she is rude to customers. She needs an attitude readjustment or maybe some lessons on how to be HOSPITABLE because this is the Hospitality industry.
