First time customer. Well I have to tell you this place sure lives up to its name. An absolute darling of a shop. Open front window for service to the street. Bonus!! Bought a hot chocolate and a beef roll. Sounds simple BUT what a delight! Chocolate was hot just like I asked. And tasted like a liquid hug for my tummy! Now the beef, cheese, tomatoes, spinach on a yummy roll... Special name for it all but it evades me. The taste, however, remains. Beef was silky soft and required zero chewing. Melted right in my mouth and I had to stop myself from gobbling. Just yum. Worth every cent of the $20 all up that I paid. Surprised how much the food was but not disappointed at all with the sheer pleasure of taste. Will be back. I forgot to take a pic of the foccacia I was so wrapped in the experience...

After seeing so many positive reviews I’m sad to say this was the worst cafe experience I have ever had and I won’t be back again. The gentleman serving yesterday was the rudest person I have ever met. Many businesses are struggling with Covid restrictions but it’s not necessary to be rude to patrons roll your eyes and bark at them about where to stand as opposed to just explaining how many people you can have in and where. I think the worst part though was him berating a lovely young girl that was working there. Nothing disgusts me more then employers speaking down to staff in front of customers. She was doing a lovely job and was very friendly and kind and didn’t deserve to have been put in that position, I hope she finds...

Have edited my 2 starsl review to 5 stars after a second visit - this time for coffee. Again the service was impeccable! Really friendly and I was given good suggestions for a sweet treat to have with our coffees. (Went the morning bun - YUMMO!!) After asking about some coffee beans I saw on the counter I was given a taste which was awesome service I was not expecting. Our takeaway coffees are good and just what we needed for the four hour road trip ahead of us.

Thanks guys

Old review (NB; Posted a week ago in closing time) Very average stale rolls and they cost $28 for three mini rolls!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff member who served me was...

Coffee Be Thy Name... Like most we came to the Barossa for the wine & dine experience, but didn't expect to find this gem to fill the breakfast void. First things first, the coffee was outstanding. Lils especially raved about her soy latte, so much so we went back later that morning for seconds. Breakfast ticked all the boxes, perfectly cooked eggs & crispy bacon; and they were very accommodating of our gluten free needs. Also indulged in a diary free, gluten free mini vegetable fritatta. If your in the Barossa and need a caffeine fix, definitely check these guys out.
