Very disappointed! Excited to try here after the renovations and changes! Came in with with hubby and I stood in front of the counter . We had a look at the cabinet and everything looked great! 3 staff were in front of us , 1 making coffee, and 2 were organising food. We waited for a friendly smile or even a lift of a head to acknowledge we were there. We would've been happy waiting. As we stood there looking at the staff all with heads down. Probably 3-4 mins had gone passed and I looked at my hubby unsure what to do. Still no hello or even a glance in our direction. We both walked out upset at how we felt , very unwelcome. Lunch here was so delicious. Picked it because so many people at tables & lining up to order. They didn't disappoint us. Eat in & take away. Nooks bowls create your own specific taste. I ate here for breakfast, morning tea, and lunch. For breakfast, the breakfast wrap was delicious; my photo did not do it justice. It had potato, scrambled egg with smoky bacon, and cheese. Was the cheese smokey? I couldn't tell, but it was yummy. For morning tea on offer that day, it was their divine berry custard cake and cold press juices.
