Chang Thai — Restaurant in The Entrance

I don’t know where to start.worst service ever!!!! . family of four… told half hr service.. waited an hour before we worked out they had completely forgotten us, we were literally the only people in the restaurant at this stage, apart from the young family that turned up half hr after us, and they were already nearly finished their meals..once they had worked that we’d been “overlooked” due to us asking again.. the owner told us she would find out what was happening.. only never to return …upon approaching the counter again.. offered zero apology or explanation.. informed us they were now cooking a meal we didn’t order .. for us.. and proceeded to throw 2 dishes of 10 on our table 10 mins later again 😳 gobsmacked.. waited quite awhile to try this place, though..unfortunately I couldn’t recommend that service to anyone, atrocious beyond words. Upon leaving stomachs empty.. the poor young lady whom the owners threw under the bus to grovel out an excuse of a lack of staff.. as she hid amongst the 4 chefs and 3 other waitresses, leaves me to wonder why we should support such a local business that evidently takes zero pride in its service as this establishment does.if I could have given zero stars I would have....

Extremely long wait for food quality that is not worth of the wait. Food is so over salted, Tom yum soup is so salty and oily that we barely had any, just threw away the whole thing. Funny they charged 50 cents for extra chilli when our overall bill is nearly $100, and for 50 cents they lost the $10 tips I actually already took out from my wallet, obviously they have some very interesting logic. On a quiet night, outside peak hour, waited for 50 minutes for our t/a food to get ready, while we were told it would take 15 minutes when we placing the order. There were only a couple dinning in at the time, and we didn't see the restaurant was busy with any another t/a ordering. This Thai food is authentic, like stepping in Thailand . Delicious food every time ! We eat here at least once a week the $10 lunch specials are amazing! Fresh food packed with flavour , healthy and portions are just perfect . The owners are just delightful always serving with a smile . The new upgraded restaurant reflects the atmosphere and is well deserved for such amazing food and service ! Well done!! we love this Thai and always come back for more. Even my 6 year old loves the meals here ! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough would give a thousand stars if I could . From a local trust me this is the best Thai you will find . Looking...
