Domino's Pizza The Entrance — Restaurant in The Entrance

Ordered pizza at 7:24pm, estimated time for delivery was 7:53pm. At 8:13 with still no sign of the pizza and the online tracker suddenly going down, i rang the store and asked the estimated time of delivery. The store confirmed my order and told me that there was now a wait of 1 hour for delivery. They told me to call back in half an hour if the pizzas were still not delivered. At an hour and a half of now waiting for my pizzas, i rang the store, telling them that my pizzas were still not delivered, they called up my order again and then told my that my order had actually been cancelled. I never cancelled my order and have now been stuffed around for almost two hours. After ending the phone call, roughly 10 minutes later a Domino's car pulled up in my driveway for a few minutes and then left. Very frustrating that my order was confirmed online, email and through the store to only be told that my order was cancelled. after nearly a two hour wait. Not impressed at all and will not be ordering from this...

I spent almost $25 bucks on a vegetarian pizza and I told them I just want a normal veggie pizza the lady kept pushing for me to get some special vegetarian pizza with their deal and I told them beforehand I don't want bacon on it or anything as I am muslim and when it was delivered I started eating the pizza and realised there was bacon on it and by the time I realised the were closed so I couldn't call and complain but today I called they said there was nothing they could do because it "happened last night" well I couldn't call because they were closed by the time I realised there was bacon on this the guy didn't even apologise for the inconvenience nor did it seem like he cared when I called in today this is...

Pizza boy returned to pick-up order says he was told to deliver the pizza's anyway, by now not hot. Was told about fresh delivery and he wanted to argue with Steve.
