Domino's Pizza Ulverstone — Restaurant in Ulverstone

Did a phone order, asked for 2 pizzas from their value rang ($5. Each) when I went to pick them up the total cost was $12.95, asked why when what I ordered was total $10 ( we order the same two pizzas pretty much every Friday night, was told to start with it's because I changed the base sauce from tomato to bbq, then asked if they could check why as all pizzas have a base sauce and have never been charged extra to change it before, was then told it's because it was a vegan pizza, which I didn't ask for as the pizza ( spicy vegi trio) is avaliable from their value range and when I ordered I didn't say it was vegan but NO had to pay the extra anyway, and to be honest the vegan option was awful, no chilli and just a weird cheese on it, as I have worked in customer service for over 25 years, what hap p and to " the customer is always right" policy??? Wish I'd have just left it there as it's not what I'd ordered, will go with Herbs pizza or Red Grasshopper pizza next time just out of...

Will never be ordering from this store again. We ordered our pizzas and waited 1.5 hours to call and ask where our order was. To be told by one of the workers that there was a malfunction and the order is being recooked, and to be told our order is 20 minutes away. We called again 40minutes later to see where the order was, to be told it was delivered 30 minutes ago, but the delivery drivers don’t know where it is. The worker’s solution to this problem was to two options to recook the order and wait another hour (which will make it 9.30pm, we have kids waiting for tea) or to have a store credit to use another time.

I highly suggest you, train your staff properly and sort out all your problems for future customers.

Well, first of all I’m anaphylactic to GARLIC and I haven’t eaten it for more than 20 years (it’s fatal for me), so when I walked into the shop I asked the guy who served me today at 7:14pm if he could offer me pizza without GARLIC, and he went twice to the chef to make sure my order hasn’t got garlic in it. and I got it and I enjoyed it. It was very yummy 😋 with no garlic 🧄😷, however he still owes me the fresh tomatoes 🍅 on the top of my pizza 🍕I’m joking 😂I think they forgot “not a big deal”.
