New Edit: How hard is it to put whipped cream on a cake? The girl said they can't do cream on a cake, then proceeded to ask me whether or not I wanted cream/icecream on my coffee?! CREDIT to the barista who heard our conversation, cause they simply added some cream to the cake! 👌 Iced Soy Mocha is amazing, but is almost $10. 😳 They have updated their carrot cake, was very carroty and light. Still rather too sweet for the icing, but was nice.

Mocha was smooth with a light roast coffee. They asked if the added icecream is okay with me. ☕ 4.8/5 The carrot cake was the main let down. It looked cute, however was dry and crumbly. The icing was just cheap plain icing, overly sugary. 🍰 3.2/5

On the other hand the staff were great, chatty and friendly. There's plenty of dining space, indoor and outdoors. It is also wheelchair friendly.

The worst experience ever. We were sitting at our table waiting for our food. We waited a bit longer than normal as an elderly couple who asked where there food was rudely told by a staff member as she was walking off that it normally takes 20-30 minutes. So we waited a bit longer. On asking for our food we were then told that our order had been missed and would be another 10 minutes.

On receiving my $19 chicken burger with bacon & chips - the bacon was missing and I received a sliver of chicken (less than 5mm) in the burger with undercooked chips.

Totally disgraceful Cafe and highly do not recommend this establishment. I can see from their location that they probably get the bulk of trade as they are near the bridge. Do yourself a favour and walk a little further and you will be treated like a respected customer elsewhere.

Very disappointing. We don’t go out very often, myself and the kids and it’s so disappointing to order a pancake “stack” and then the kids only get one tiny pancake for $16 each. Served in the most impractical bowl/plate things. Decide; bowl or plate, but a deep dish is very difficult for anyone, let alone kids to eat out of…. Yikes! And then I request an extra hot cuppa and it’s luke warm at best. The hot chocolate for my child was super hot, but my adult cuppa was not! The staff and service were pleasant and as expected. Kids are still hungry, need to spend another $40 to feed them if we want to eat out again. Hospo standards need to be better if the prices are going to hike up.
