Victa's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Victor Harbor

Decided to give this places pizza a try while shortly staying in victor, and had high hopes for it. After being told on the phone the pizza would take 90minutes to arrive which seems absurd for a tuesday night, we still decided to still give it a go. 2 hours pass so we give them a call back to double check that the order went through, we get reassured that it should come in the next 10 minutes. in total 2 and a half hours pass, the pizza finally arrives.

We tuck into the pizza to find it stone cold. I was very disappointed and tempted to send it back or order something else but the time being 8:30pm, decided to feed my two children who were hungry, getting restless, and needed to be asleep shortly.

Overall a very disappointing experience, service was less than average, the cold pizza wasn’t anything special and the pleasure of it...

Totally Unsatisfied with the overall experience, food and customer service. Rang up to see what Deals or Specials they have, they don’t do Deals or specials. You pay for each item as priced. (I have a big family of 7 and usually by family deals.) Go on to buy 2 family sized pizzas, “BBQ Ribs” & a small Spaghetti bog for a Rip Off Price Of $97.

So once we get the food home, open the “BBQ Ribs” to see it was Pork Belly in bbq sauce. Seriously, if they would’ve told me that they didn’t have Ribs, I wouldn’t have bought them. And then the spaghetti container was less then half full. The Pizzas were Ok, I Guess, Definitely not the best I’ve had.

My usual pizza shop in Adelaide, I buy the 2 family pizzas, garlic bread & 2lt coke as a deal and then always buy BBQ Ribs and spaghetti bog for $78.

We ordered two regular pizzas which were perfectly sized personal pizzas for each of us (2). I had the gourmet veggie with a gluten free crust and it was very good. My partner had the supreme pizza with pan crust and it also was good for him. Service was relatively quick for a Friday night, although it was hard to get through on the phone so we just ordered in person, did some shopping and came back to pick up our order.
