I’ve just had the most unnerving experience here and recommend others to not order. I placed an order today 8 Feb and everything was fine until I was called by the restaurant and asked if I’m sure I wanted the order I had just placed and was I 100 per cent sure I wanted it... I was Obviously very confused and stated that yes of course I wanted them to deliver a delivery I placed on MENULOG because well… it’s a delivery. I was told they were asking due to the fact I ordered and cancelled before. Confused, I asked when and was given a time and a date of 4 July 2024…. I was confused why this was noted and told the guy have I done anything else besides cancel ONE SINGLE order almost a year ago. He said no, so I said it’s very creepy they kept my name/Address and information because I cancelled an order one time. (Mind you I did not eat cancelled food obviously, as it was cancelled so I’m unsure why I’m being treated like i did something wrong or being told this). What restaurant calls people to say “hey you cancelled almost a year ago and ordered again almost a year later are you sure you won’t cancel your order?” If this ain’t weird for anyone else I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t eat out much hence the time frame of being a year later but I also did like their food. After what came across like passive aggression I asked him if I cant trust my food being delivered WITHOUT it being tampered with, he stayed quiet and said why would I say that…? As though what I was asking was insulting, instead of expected after our whole interaction. He was worried that I saw their establishment as vindictive?…
To say this was uncomfortable and weird experience is minimising it. Apparently if you order and cancel one time, they will keep your information and give you a call the next time you make an order (in my case almost a year later) and ask if I’m sure I want my order this time…
After asking more then twice can I trust that my order won’t be tampered with because calling me just because I had one order cancellation a year ago was, INTRUSIVE, RETALIATORY - because as an establishment who does that??
And PETTY for a Business and some what unethical to target a single customer because of ONE SINGLE CANCELLATION of an order ONE YEAR AGO… he did NOT reply once to say no of course we won’t further retaliate or tamper with your food. So,
I ended telling the guy I was on phone with to cancel my order while we were on the phone due to the weird call and to the rudeness and lack of response to saying my order won’t be tampered with. Everyone cancels an order for a many reasons, if it was too late to cancel MENULOG wouldn’t have given me a refund and cancelled my order. I was never going to cancel this time just because it happened for whatever reason a year ago. Very weird behaviour.
It was so uncomfortable to be called and repeatedly asked if I was going to cancel an order because I cancelled ONE time, ONE YEAR AGO and the passive aggressiveness. This was all very unprofessional. Honestly avoid this place and that’s coming from someone who liked and enjoyed the restaurants food....

Service: The service was decent and the staff were very nice.
Food: • The mixed entree was average but that's not to say it was bad, just standard. • The pad thai was very good as both the sweet and umami flavours were both very balanced, however next time I will have to get it a lot spicier. • The Hor-Mok-Ta-Lay was my favorite dish out of the 3 ordered. The creaminess from the coconut milk complemented the deep umami flavour of the seafood perfectly. The presentation of the dish was also superb.
Portion/Price: Good portions for a decent...
Read moreI couldn't rate the food because we never got to try it. Was going to be charged $8 for corkage but they don't give an ice bucket nor do they cork or in this case unscrew the bottle cap. Waitress on the phone while bringing 2 glasses for the wine which they had every intention to charge $8 and not unscrew the cap, pour the wine and not provide an ice bucket to keep it chilled. A complete joke, manager needs to wake up to himself and realise people have reasonable expectations when dining out and being charged for bringing their own...
