One of the best beef briskets we have ever had! While at the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival we stumbled upon this awesome food truck. We were lucky enough to be their first customers of the day and they were ready and prepared for the onslaught of the festival! We ordered the Surf and Turf tray which included Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Grilled Garlic Prawns, Tangy Slaw, Potato Salad, Pickles and Bourbon BBQ Sauce and this was seriously great BBQ! It was literally falling apart and melted in our mouths when we were eating it and on top of that it was absolutely delicious! The staff were really friendly and looked to be having fun on what was already a very hot day and this great vibe was clearly noticeable throughout the team.
