Coffee Treat — Restaurant in Victoria

Ladies and gents, an absolute fail on all fronts for this mornings breaky…

• Latte - bitter and just not right, poured that out after 4 mouthfuls that never got better • Cap - smelled burnt, tasted burnt. the young gun will drink 4hr old cold coffee and he poured it out lol. • Ham and cheese toastie - if I wanted 2 day old pizza I’d prep that myself. Who uses shredded pizza ham in a toastie, nearly threw up on the first bite and then threw it straight in the bin! • egg and bacon toastie, the only thing close to normal but ruined by the cheese! • avo smash toastie - it was 80% feta and also uneatable. Thinnest layer of avo, where that should be the main ingredient. Try 85% avo, 10% feta and cheese 👍🏻

P.S. something is funky with that cheese, the texture is like it should be on cheap pizza. Toasties deserve real cheese, sliced tastie cheese instead of cheap shredded mozzarella.

Our first visit here was amazing, great food and coffee. This time it’s a blunder on all fronts other than customer service… remember, your business is coffee and food, NOT...

Not good guys, the new staff on (liebig) struggling, and they have been there for a while now, so either poor training or they just don't want to be at work! It's always an inconvenience to the new staff, and orders are never right or you simply have part of your order forgotten and its another 20min wait for one drink they forgot. We loved coffee treat but it has slipped really bad since they decided to try open a hamilton store.. I understand staff change but the current liebig staff are making it none enjoyable.

Still giving you guys a 3 star as we will still support you but just really wish the current staff...

No buddy, you and your coffee order are not that important, but these guys are CUSTOMER SERVICE PROS and you'll be made to feel like the most special person on earth when you order your second and third quintuple shot each day. The amount of love that is crammed into each cup is matched only by the amount of staff they cram into their coffee production cube to keep Warrnambool up and running, and awake. So, get a coffee here - what are you waiting for?? Nothing! Because you can download their app and not have to wait, that's why! Don't let those other coffee places steal your lunch hour!...
