Domino's Pizza Drouin — Restaurant in Victoria

Ordered tonight and my husband picked up. Once home he realised our order was wrong so I called the store. The young man I spoke to said, “ I guess we can make another pizza of you want?” I said yes I’d like the correct pizza but do We have to come back and pick it up, we’ve already been there to collect what we thought would be our correct order. He then replied, “Oh I guess we could deliver” to which I said that would be good. He then said, “Nah actually we don’t have the staff to do that”. I replied, so you’re telling me if I want the correct pizza I have to drive back there again because of your mistake? He quickly and rudely replied, “that’s exactly what I’m telling you!” When I asked to speak to the owner he said he wasn’t there and I said that’s fine I’ll call tomorrow. His last words were, “yep sounds good”. Not a care in the world and very dismissive and these are the people you choose to represent YOUR business. This is not the first time my order has been stuffed up but I can assure you it will be the last. It is evident that YOUR staff take zero pride in their work by the way pizza is cut and presented and there is clearly zero emphasis on Customer service. I’ll keep it simple for those pizza lovers out there.

Delivery on a Sunday took 1 hour (Paid a Sunday surcharge)

Pizza warm, not hot, flavour great, Ingredients applied sparingly.

Delivery forgot my garlic bread, offered to go back and get it but you know how convenient that is when you’ve got a hungry family chomping at the bit.

Paid $44.45 for two pizzas depicted in the pictures below. Two garlic breads and an additional topping. Included my hand for an attempt at size comparison.

I have attempted to call and speak with the store twice but the phone went unanswered.

I’ve left feedback in the app and will as always update this any further feedback as experienced with the feedback process.

Partial edit: it’s a few hours later and the garlic bread never arrived and driver never returned like he said he would.

Well, when your a family with two young kids and a newborn baby with a sick husband and you think it would be easier to order pizza, think again. Bad day for us.

Walked in with hungry children. Had seen flyer about deals at home, but couldn't be found in store. Stupid sizing arrangements, certain size for certain flavor and different prices. One child ordered Hawaiian there either pepperoni, they came on different sizes so now we have arguments, he got a bigger one. There was maybe 1 cm difference. Meatloaves was in large, wouldn't have called it large, fraction bigger than 5 dollar range, @ $11 something wasn't worth more than twice the price. Miniscule controlled ingredients, really felt ripped off. To add insult to injury wife purchased meatloaves from 1 block away, and or 2 pizza shops away, and hers was farmand bigger and better. Thought there was only one pizza shop. The leaflet menu's don't have pricing, guess to stop you walking, and multiple different ranges makes unnecessary difficulty of the event.
