Domino's Pizza Horsham — Restaurant in Victoria

Please check your orders before leaving the store. It just keeps getting worst. We order every week from here but the last few times I have ordered, Dominos Horsham has made my order totally wrong and with missing or incorrect ingredients. The worst was when salt was put on our churros instead of sugar and no one cared to mention instead of laughing and we thought it was suspicious and asked them to remake it and then later the staff admitted. We ordered the new meltz and got given value pizza. They didn’t even care to mention it when we picked it up. The other time they made us wait for 40 mins for delivery and then cancelled it saying they can’t deliver and the list goes on. Almost all the time I go back to the store and the food is cold by then. Seems like such waste of money. All we request is honesty and some basic customer service. May be staff needs...

Got pizza here I guess we were very unlucky tho 😕 🙃 becuase our Pizza tasted like chemicals my whole family all could taste it, very revolting and I am a professional cleaner so I know what chemicals taste like we believe maybe soap or some sort of thing and we paid about 60 all up we all got sick Never ever coming back again to this domino's not enough staff it looked like today too. I understand the lower staff amd being busy, but to have pizza tasting like that is not on! I have never ever had a experience like this before and I been to many Domino's back in qld which never tasted like chemicals and also have been to this one plenty times too and had fine pizza. Very disappointed with the service at this Domino's store in Horsham. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and were shocked to find chicken pieces in it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and attention to dietary preferences.

We had also requested and paid for peri peri sauce for both the pizza and garlic bread, but were later told by the store owner that they weren’t offering it because the store was “too busy.” That’s a very poor excuse—how can you charge for something and then refuse to provide it because you’re busy?
