Domino's Pizza Wangaratta — Restaurant in Victoria

Extremely pathetic service made an order for 5:30 delivery and received it at 6 only to be cold and poor quality. The delivery driver was as rude as they come throwing/ dropping 3 drinks through my door then telling me to take the food. I then asked who I talk to about being half an hour later was told ring the shop it's not my problem. I called the shop and got an extremely rude and unprofessional employee that had no interest in helping. I asked for a manger and get told to call back later, I explained what happen to said employee, Only to have him get his back up about the incident, I then asked if he's even going to follow this up only to have him say no I won't be. So the staff have no interest at all accepting fault. I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere and hope everyone else does to, Because business and staff like this don't deserve to be open or employed I'm disgusted in the behaviour and attitude with our experience but as usual nothing will happen in this town or be held accountable for...

Absolutely pathetic service and food! The last 3 times I've ordered, 1st time we had multiple calls from dominos stating we had stolen 100 cash from the delivery driver and was harassed and abused to the point we made an appointment with the store manager to show them we had been handed 10.00 not 100 as demanded we had taken via camera footage and our complaint was taken nowhere! The second time we ordered the deliver driver smashed the eftpos machine in my driveway as she didn't know it was in her bag and our order was gross again! This time we ordered and the delivery driver came then saw we had card even though we stated when we ordered we were paying card, he forgot the eftpos machine so took our order back to the store to get the eftpos machine and then came back and the food is disgusting and inedible and cold and they also forgot part of our order and we now have to wait until they have a delivery this side of town to get it! Terrible service, staff showed no respect at all. We had food missing from our order so we called up and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Sighing and saying “oh my god, can you just wait? i’m trying to talk to the manager for f’cks sake”. When she got back on the phone we requested an extra garlic bread for the trouble caused and she hung up the phone.

We called back once again and spoke with the manager, we expressed that her response was completely unnecessary and super unprofessional and the ‘manager’ didn’t show any care or professionalism.

It’s super frustrating when an order is stuffed up, however I understand this type of thing happens.. the issue is with the way we were spoken to, especially considering we were more than polite with her on the other end. This does reflect on management too. Will not...
