Donut King Wodonga Plaza FC001 — Restaurant in Victoria

Partner and I ordered 2 hot dogs. Noticed that they were busy and had two Learners working, we could see that they were all very busy and stressed and we weren’t in a hurry so we’re happy to wait. One staff member informed us that the hot dogs will be about 5 minutes, to which we were okay with and happy to wait. 10 minutes go by and we’re still waiting, which was fine because we were just laughing at my phone together. Older staff member asked us to come over to hotdog stand and told us that the wait for hot dogs is a bit longer and offered us a free donut for being patient to which we declined and said that it’s okay and we understand that they’re busy. Staff were happy with this, 5 minutes go by and our hotdogs are ready, 3 staff were very thankful for us being patient, we supported them and said that it’s okay and we understand that things can get busy and that they’re just learning. Beautiful staff, both my partner and I are very happy with the service provided from Donut King staff and we understand that often things can get busy and wish the new learners good luck and offer support saying that they’re doing well!!

Very good job...

This is the closest donut king to my residence. But unfortunately, they can’t make a hot chocolate to save themselves. I spend at least $50 a week at this outlet ( now past tense ) and despite asking for a STONG hot chocolate, extra STONG hot chocolate, even a super STONG hot chocolate ...... all I get is a warm cup of milk ! I’m done, I’ve learnt my lesson, donuts and hot chocolate only on Saturday’s, and I’ll drive to Albury to get it ....... at least they know how to make a decent STRONG...

Did not understandable order of a double espresso, originally made a milkshake, whilst miscommunication can sometimes occur, i clarified that we were just after a double espresso, as in 2 shots of espresso, we where then served an ice coffee. I explained again and the staff apologised, but I paid $7 for something I can't drink, and we had to drive somewhere else for a double espresso.
