I was absolutely discusted today, it has been over a year since I ate kfc, but felt like something different. So I went thru drivethru and asked how the chicken pieces came, and I was talked into the "giant feast" which sounded like a good idea. BUT THE ONLY TASTY THING IN IT WAS THE NUGGETS!! the chips for starters, 3 large chips. ALL HALF FULL BOXES, LITERALLY HALF FULL (SEE PICS) and the chips themselves were dry, cold, stale, and chewy. Tasted as if were cooked yesterday.. seriously did not eat them. It might have helped if we were given the gravy we were meant to recieve as a side, then we couldve dunked our dry chips. But the 2x gravy was not even in the order. Then the mashed potato and gravy that did arrive, was ok, but the gravy on that was extremely minimal and really just tasted like fake mash without the gravy it wasnt enjoyable. The chicken pieces were actually not too bad (but very greasy and in the 15pieces of chicken 7 OF THEM WERE TINY WINGS!) And last if all the drink, I asked for pepsi max. And it was not cold! The fridge must be broken or they were recently replenished with hot bottles? When I realised how unhappy I was with everything, I tried to phone the store to complain, but whoever answers the phones there, just picks up the phone and says nothing then hangs up on me TWICE. Then didnt answer the phone at all. So i am writing this complaint hoping someone will acknowledge this.. I doubt I will return to kfc ever again as this is the worst experience I have EVER had at any kfc...
Read moreSo last night (Monday) at around 7.30pm we pulled into KFC not quite knowing we wanted, we reached the the speaker to order, my partner said a zinger stacker box but could you add x2 pieces of chicken (legs) as last time we got pityful pieces of chicken. The girl taking the order, had the worst attitude and tone, constantly spoke over my partner, and you could hear her sighing everytime he had to repeat the order to her as she kept saying "what was that" firstly we're paying customers not your mates on the playground" seriously i know Albury/Wodonga is short of hospo staff but teach your jnr staff some manners and etiquette when addressing the public. She then became that frustrated that whilst my partner was still trying to confirm his order she abruptly says "just drive around to the window" again she must have thought she was on the phone to her mates..we get to the window and after several attempts she finally gets his order right. I then asked for a 3 piece quarter meal, she replied we have 3 pieces but not a quarter of a chicken. At this point i just wanted to draw a picture for her. In the end we were that annoyed and not confident she had put anything through that we said we decided to order the family feast.
Get her off your drive through, i wish i got a name at the time, but we ordered at around 7.30pm-ish.
Honestly what a horrible experience. wont be back unless you start hiring people with courtesy...
Read moreIt will never cease to amaze me the amount of times this KFC forgets a major part of your order. To make this occasion the trigger that is making me write this review is the fact that the item they forgot this time was the first thing I ordered. I ordered through Menulog then tried to call the restaurant once I discovered the missing item. The KFCs phone just kept saying user busy. This forced me to drive to the KFC to get the missing item. They had no idea that their phone wasn’t working and nobody was on it. I essentially spent $9 on a delivery fee for nothing plus the cost of petrol to drive to the KFC. Just burning money cause a bunch of kids are obviously being trained poorly and managed even worse. There has to be a problem with their check off system for orders for this to be such a common problem. Where’s the quality control? It serves zero purpose going into the store and shredding the face off the kids who work there. I like KFC and will still get it in the future. I won’t be getting it delivered ever again and I will not shop at this store ever again....
