Everbean Café — Restaurant in Victoria

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered the avocado and feta, when my meal arived it was on a bed of rocket which was most of my meal. The menu did not state that it came with rocket, and if it did I would have picked a different meal. I absolutely hate rocket and it made me loose my apitite. No staff came to check on how my meal was when I was obviously dissatisfied. Upon leaving I mentioned to the barista, that I was extremely disappointed with my meal. I suggested that if they intend to serve food off the menu, that they should advise customers of the ingredients if they are not on the menu. The barista although very nice and apologetic offered no solution. He stated he would let someone know, however offered no form of rembursment, even a free coffee would have been fine. In the end I spent $45 on a meal which did not fit the price tag as my meal was mostly rocket so I hardly touched it. Meal also had a very tiny amount of avacardo. Only good thing was...

Healthy, friendly family run cafe. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is tasty, healthy and fresh, the price is a little steep for the quantity of food served. The coffee, chai and milkshakes were very nice. There is a large selection of very healthy foods, most of which can be vegetarian or vegan. Approx 10 tables inside and 4 outside with only half the cafe wheelchair accessible due to stairs halfway through the shop. We had to adult and two kids meals. Just went in for a quick sandwich to take away and forty minutes later it finally arrived. Asked for fresh white bread sandwich and got the exa t opposite toasted on grain. They had two tables of people and one of which were leaving when I arrived so couldn't see the hold up. Two people were behind the counter and while one was standing behind the counter eating and the other little girl was running around setting tables for customers that came in while I was still waiting..
