location: Napier St, White Hills. over extracted, overheated milk, bad flavor, customer who walked in after me got his latte before I got my flat white. Poor service - took 15 mins with no other customers before me. PS I have been to their location in town in Mitchell St, unfortunately the staff were not friendly in that...

This coffee shop has been a home away from home. A safe haven while adjusting to life as a new mother, and has been somewhere I have always felt safe breastfeeding in public. Also, thanks for having the best coffee (including decaf!) to get me through! Couldn't have made it through the last 12 months without this...
