Pasta Bowl — Restaurant in Traralgon

We ordered online tonight, as the store is listed as open on Google. My order went through on the website with no issues, they've taken our money and the order was set to be delivered at 8:45pm. We tried to call through at around 9pm to see where the order was and was greeted with a voicemail that says "your call cannot be connected and you cannot leave a message call again later". So we drove down and they were shut! I'm beyond furious as we could have ordered something else in the hour and a bit we were waiting and by the time we drove down most restaurants were shut. Absolutely nothing anywhere to be found to say they were closed. If you're going to close over the holidays it might be a good idea to make that obvious on the website, google, anywhere really? At the very least don't allow a transaction to come out of a customer's account!...

I had takeaway delivered to my hotel room as I am away travelling for work. I can honestly say this is the best takeaway I have experienced! The meal was delivered when I was told it would be, no delays. The meal arrived piping hot - just amazing (I travel for work a lot and meals generally in the past from other outlets I have ordered from arrive luke warm at best). The meal was in a sizeable takeaway bowl (ordered the small serve) and was just fab (pasta with chicken & mushrooms) fresh tasty mushrooms, sizeable amounts of chicken with flavoursome creamy sauce. The food was okay, but the delivery and customer service were horrible. We were told our meal would be here at around 7:00PM (we ordered at 6:00) and an hour and a half after we ordered, our food hadn't arrived so we called to see what the holdup was. Both the manager and the person that picked up the phone were rude, and the only explanation they could give us was 'we were busy'. They refused to explain why they didn't inform us that our order might be late, and we straight out told them that their service is outragious and that we will not be ordering with them again.
