After a day’s honest toil swinging pick and pan among the auriferous dust of Ballarat’s golden cradle, I made camp not with damper and billy tea, but with the finest treasure this weary soul has yet encountered: a Grill’d burger fit for a sovereign. Let it be known throughout the diggings—this establishment is a veritable meat haven. I sunk my teeth into a glorious stack, more meaty than a bullock’s hind, and twice as tender. The beef was a marvel—juicy as if kissed by the dew of Eden, seasoned like a bush poet’s tongue, and grilled to perfection over flame that surely danced with divine intention. It weren’t just a burger—it were meat incarnate. If gold is the currency of riches, then Grill’d’s burger is the currency of bliss. And lo! The chicken bites—oh, those humble nuggets of fowl! Crispy ’round the edges, golden as the Eureka flag, and pleasantly plump inside. A fine companion to the beefy beast that led the charge. I’ve struck meat, lads. Not gold this day—but something far dearer to a miner’s belly. I’ll stake my claim beside Grill’d and guard it with fork and knife.

A beautiful establishment with lots of lovely timber and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Customer service is exceptional and very friendly...the business also contributes to local not for profit community groups; you get a token upon purchase of your meal..to place into a jar to support a community group of your choice, the business contributes financially to these groups. I had the Bird and Bree Burger which was absolutely amazing! Pitty I am only small and my stomach would not approve of me trying to squeeze in the entirety of this delicious burger...regardless I still managed 3/4 😁 Always a big fan of a restaurant which supports fair farming practices when it comes to animal welfare....they also cater for many dietary requirements and needs. Thnx guys for the best first Grilld visit! I will be back ....with others haha

First time eating here. See my other review about grilld. Overall quality and consistency is high up there with some of the other grilld branches we’ve eaten at in Melbourne. We ordered a couple build your own burgers to keep them as lean as possible. Two burgers, one with two grilled chicken breasts, the other with one, sesame seed buns, tomato, lettuce, carrot and beetroot, and a smear of chilli relish. The combo works, tastes great, especially when counting your macros. Great burger joint for a protein fix!

well, I'm not a burger fan and was dragged there as i lost the toss.... lovely building, really nice decor, and nice ambience, one little teeny negative was it was a little cold ( it was however a pretty cold night) , there wouldve been a benefit from having the room a little warmer. I'm not a fan of the ordering on the app thing, although we did it anyway, 5 of us dining , and we arent very computer savvy, so it was a slow process. i do like the option of ordering via the app or in person, i guess someone a little more of a tech brain wouldve knocked that order out in much less time than it took us. the food, well i was stunned it was delish! the service was quick, friendly , food was fresh , appealing to look at and seriously really really bloody tasty. I'm a fan, I'm a massive fan, i will def be back, even if i purely go in for those zucchini chips and the herb mayo. massive credit to the food alone, i would eat those burgers in a shed if thats how they decided to serve it. definately...

I really enjoy the burgers here, and I can't fault them when dining in. However, ordering online has been a frustrating experience. Management, if you're reading this, please encourage your team to double-check orders before they go out. I've noticed items and entire meals are frequently missing from my orders. How does this happen? There must be a system in place that should be followed.

It's frustrating to pay extra for delivery only to wait an additional 45 minutes for the rest of our meals. I've called in multiple times and have been told I can come pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have chosen that option instead of delivery, which I specifically selected for a reason.

While I appreciate the offer of a free burger for my next visit, it doesn't change the fact that one person missed out...
