Recently my mum and I came to Grill’d for lunch, and it didn’t disappoint. We had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary delight at a local Grill’d, where not only were the burgers and chips outstanding, but the service provided by two young males Eli and Eddie was truly exceptional.
It was so refreshing to have such great service.
Not only were Eli and Eddie a stand out, Shelby who took our order was extremely helpful too.
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, the tantalizing aroma of sizzling burgers filled the air, instantly whetting my appetite. The menu boasted an impressive array of burger options, each more tempting than the last. After much contemplation, I settled on a new "Bam Basil" burger, accompanied by a side of crispy golden zucchini chips.
The burger arrived promptly, and I was immediately struck by its impressive presentation. Nestled between two perfectly toasted buns, the patty was thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection.
The first bite was pure bliss - the flavors melded together harmoniously, creating a symphony of taste in my mouth. The patty was succulent, bursting with flavor, and the combination of toppings added a delightful crunch and freshness especially the pickles.
Now, let's talk about the zucchini chips. These golden beauties were a work of art in themselves. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned, they were the ideal accompaniment to the burger.
Thanks for such great service from a young...
Read moreSomeone would pay extra for a wagyu burger with a nice cold drink than a MacDonald burger cause that person was expecting to have that experience regardless of extra buck which another person might find ridiculous. So I was that someone who paid extra and the drink was not sent with the order and it was just the burgers and chips. I calls this joint to explain what happened and the dude who answers the phone listens to me and be like “there’s nothing we can do!” Just like that. No explanations nothing! Didn’t really even cared that I actually paid for the food and didn’t get what I paid for, tells me that nothing can be done. I ask for his name he doesn’t tell me. Then he doesn’t even talk! I don’t understand in which universe it’s acceptable to treat a paying customer this way. I called the manager and she blamed the Ubereats driver and explains me how I should get a refund. No apologies, nothing what so ever. First thing that originally comes to my mind is being mistreated cause I’m not speaking Australian. Plus the fact that I’m colored! I don’t wanna make this a racial thing but you really need to learn how to respect a customer, plus practice basic human decency of being kind when you talk to someone who actually contributes to your ends meat. Think about that because you go big...
Read moreIncredibly disappointed in our recent visit to the store 2 nights ago. We were a group of 4 and travelled over a hour from another town to eat there for dinner. We used the QR code to order at the table @ 7:12pm. Once submitted, our order was to come out at 7:17pm, according to the app. The first 3 burgers came out one by one over 5-10 mins. We then asked the staff member do we grab our own drinks or does someone bring them to the table. He mumbled something and then said I’ll get them. Then chose to stand around talking to his colleagues. I waited another 10 mins and asked if our shared fries were coming out. Once they were finally brought out, i had to ask for the dips i paid for to go with them as well as our drinks we still didn’t get. My final gripe was at 7:40pm I was still awaiting my burger. They stared blankly at me confused and apologetic saying whoops we’ll bring it out soon. Within minutes my burger was delivered to the table but was luke warm and not fresh at all. Upon responding to the survey and expressing my disappointment, I was told my docket was misplaced and they would speak with the team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. This feels like a poor excuse for a response given that distance we traveled to go there and the amount we had all spent. I won’t return...
