When we entered, the staff warmly seated us, and after reviewing the menu, we went to the counter to order and pay for coffee, chili egg, and pizza. The coffee arrived in less than a minute, impressing us with its speed. However, after finishing the coffee, we waited for over half an hour for our food, which left us puzzled as others who came later were already eating. We approached the staff, and after checking their computer, they claimed we hadn't placed an order. We told them that we ordered and paid at the counter, but they insisted it was table service. It was frustrating because the counter staff didn't inform us about it and accepted our order and payment. Eventually, the chili egg arrived after five minutes, but when we asked about the pizza, they said it would take another 10 minutes. By the time we finished our meal, the pizza still hadn't arrived, so we asked for a refund. This is a place with serious process issues.
Also, I'd like to mention that the chili egg dish was not as expected. It should have had chili sauce mixed into the eggs, but it was only drizzled on top, which was disappointing. I think it should call scrambled eggs with chili sauce not chilli egg.
I will never visit this...

Lamb pizza with very dry lamb and also dough that isn’t all that cooked made for a very unpleasant meal. Margarita pizza had dough that wasn’t Cook thru as well. Then came to the beef short rib toastie/sandwich. It was so drench in butter, there was no taste of the beef short rib at all. Not even a little bit. All you could taste was butter, butter from all side of the bread/toast, even the pickle was pickled in butter according to the menu. And when asked to removed the pickle as I don’t usually like pickles, the waitress said it would brighten up the taste of the sandwich. Lol. I find it to only add to the butter overload or butter explosion in your mouth when you bite into it. And the worst part of it all, their display case had amazing looking sandwich and wraps but we weren’t allowed to order them if we sat in.
My advise, grab a wrap and a coffee to go if you visit and you’ll have a much more...
Read moreWhere to begin… let skip to the good part. Their toasted breakfast roti wrap was amazing….But don’t expect to enjoy this delicious experience inside the restaurant, as they have forbidden customers to eat any of the items shown in the display fridge, inside the restaurant. As these are “takeaway items only”. Weird. Management informed me that it is because they don’t make enough money on toasties etc so they don’t want people clogging up their tables only eating those cheap items. Instead they let people sit at tables for 30 minutes drinking their $5 coffees and then collect their takeaway items on the way out. Seems redundant. During the short time I was there, I heard at least 11 customers ask about the toasties only to be told they were takeaway only, unsure if they even ordered anything after that. Perhaps adding toasties to the dine in menu at an increased price will solve this issue. Would have been 5 stars but come on, I can’t eat your food, in your restaurant? I recommend asking for the toasties if...
