DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!!! If I could rate 0 star I would. I should've read the reviews and the reply comments from the owner before even putting foot in this restaurant. As a family with a toddler, we had the worst and ruddest customer services I've never experienced. No wonder the restaurant only had one table with customers 🙄 and they didn't offer a high chair, which should've ring a bell and walk out right there and then. Because was late and had to feed my child, we sat down to check the menu. However, while I was also chasing my toddler around, the owner told me to get seated and get the child cause this is not a playground 🙃 🤨. Upon hearing this I packed my things and while walking towards the door, he said we disrespected his restaurant 🤣😂🤣. Both hubby and I were in shock. We asked how did we do this, and he simply said "I don't wanna listen to you". A staff member, young lady, she looked shocked by what was going on. Happy to say we didn't get to eat here. To the owner that might want to reply: don't bother, your rude comment will only get more 1 stars from future customers, if there will be any. Reminder, you might want to review your customer service "skills", cause they stink!!!

In response to the owner's reply: "Are you for real? It's Australia, all restaurants and cafes are family friendly. A parent walks with the child so the child is not alone, for safety reasons (so I did). Would you rather have a crying baby at the table? And the fact that you tell me forcefully to go to my table and how dare I disobey? Are we joking? People have freedom of movement, you cannot have that type of behaviour and impose on what people to say or do. I wonder why I am even wasting my time on you. I really hope that potential customers will think twice before entering...

Had a booking for 2 adults and 2 kids at 7pm arrived 7.06pm. We were seated for a good 15-20 mins without being taken care of, no enough cups for water and no one came to take our orders, apparently because the 2 girls are too just serving other tables. I signaled to one of the waitress and she said would be coming to us without followup for another 5 mins while I saw her tidying up another table so another group of customers (arrived 15mins later than us!) can seat in comfortably. I then decided to approach the counter and order myself in which the other waitress said she would come to us. We eventually placed the order 30mins past the seat in time, the first dish came relatively quickly as it's only a bowl of steamed rice. It's still warm when delivered so we expect the other dishes would come soon afterwards. Waited for another 35 mins before they deliver the other dish, by which time the steamed rice has already turned cold! Throughout the first hour there's only 1 plain rice and no one does even seem to care nor does they know what they are doing! Understood it's busy at night time but theres simply no care shown for customers and this is not good enough for a restaurant rated at 4.3 which was the reason I choose them. I guess I let down myself this time?! Food wise they are okay not much special to talk about. Crispy Pork belly ingredient coated extra @ $28 but the meat is a bit dry and not tender nor crispy at all (which again was the name it suggest!) overall speaking very disappointed the unpleasant experience. Would not be coming back again next time going to/returning from...

We had 9 people sitting at ONE table and because there was not enough room, one of us put an empty dish on the next empty table (there are still lots of empty tables there). We also borrowed them a pair of scissors to cut the noodle and beef into small pieces for our kids. And to our surprise and horor, the "lady" approached us, raising her voice right to our face in the middle of our dinner "are you Asian? How long have you been in Australia? Have you ever been in a Western restaurant? When you finished, just leave the dish there and we will take it away. Also if you want to cut food, use knife not scissors." Gosh we couldn't even say a word.

I havent met a person like that in my life, so rude and racist. This "lady" should not be in this business, and she needs fundamental course about appropriate manner (I wont even mention customer service). And who did she think she was? Wasnt she Asian?

We couldn't digest the rest of the dinner but still paid in full. A damage to Thai people image as to me they had always been nice until I met this "lady".

Never ever I will come back to this restaurant, and will surely alert my friends. Be cautious when you come here. You'll never know you could be next (like I did when I read other similar reviews here about manner of this...
