Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Victoria

Great customer service! The two ladies that worked Christmas observed day 28th December 2021 were really working hard and showing loyalty to their job of a fully booked oven. Even though they had an overwhelming amount of orders due to Christmas period, I wanted to applaud them for keeping their cool working under pressure it's hard! But still, they maintained a cheerful happy friendly customer service. Thank you for working so hard on a public holiday ladies! I hope this message finds your manager well to give you recognition. My order fed 6 hungry excited children and 6 adults and the smiles on the children's faces, priceless because of you. So grateful, thank you Pizzahut Belmont Village. ❤ I told my family they were very lucky their Pizzas have been blessed. I waited 1hr for a pick up order and it was well worth the wait as we were so close to missing out....

Firstly the order was approximately 15-20 minutes late. Secondly we want to dine in but the lady told us you can't dine in here, even though there was no sign inside the store indicting you can't dine in. When I said we are 1 and half hour drive far from the home and it is hard with the kids she responded have you got the car, you can eat in the car or otherwise i can refund your money. Third the service was quite bad. The lady, looks like the franchise owner was very rude. We ask for the disposable cups for the drink she refused we don't give it. I am a regular customer with pizza hut but this was mine worst experience with pizza hut in Belmont village...

The server (a blond older lady) is extremely rude towards people. Apparently she is on a rush to "serve everyone", but is not considerate enough to pay attention to the customer who is in front of her, specially if the person she is serving is not white. We experienced that ourselves and observed how she treated other clients (white people and ethnic people)... it's just astonishing the difference.

Maybe Pizza Hut should remind their staff that racism and xenophobia are CRIMES. Maybe also revisit the Racial Discrimination act and train their employees properly. Being older don't entitled you...
