Rose Garden Motel — Hotel in Belmont

The Rose Garden Motel is from the era where breakfast was served through a hatch at the front door. It certainly hasn't been completely locked in that 90s time theme, but there are still elements that are still there. The room is super clean and well maintained, with all the amenities you would expect. The bed very comfortable, with ample pillows for sitting up watching TV. The split system worked well for those cold winter nights. The bathroom was extremely clean with plenty of towels. Was surprise with the size of the shower, so big that 3 people could be accommodated. Would note that the toilet seat is due for a replacement. Would also add the parking space is super wide very unusual for motels, this makes removing bags very easy. Great place with ample room and very close to the CBD, staff very helpful...

We absolutely enjoyed our one night stay while in Geelong. The room was roomy, bright and very clean. We had the best night sleep as the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived management left the bedside lights on which was very thoughtful. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was very surprised on how big the bathroom was. The motel grounds are immaculate and very well kept and surrounded by roses. They also have a Salt Water Pool and BBQ area. We cannot rate this motel high enough. Everything about our stay is second to none. Sadly it seems that good old fashion service has been forgotten, but not here. My husband and I had just paddled the Barwon river and we needed to wash our clothes. All I was expecting was to be directed to a coin laundry close by, but low and behold the manageress took our washing in her laundry, washed and dried the clothing, and then placed it neatly in our room whilst we were out, for a very modest fee.
