This was a lovely way to start a long trip! The atmosphere of this store was welcoming and friendly with lots of talk happening between the locals. "Awake Coffee" has lots of unique items to browse through while awaiting your brew. My coffee chat with the owner, Renee, was refreshingly engaging and uplifting as she openly shared her story and the background of the store. Awaken coffee Bendigo is truly the best coffee shop in Bendigo! Not only is the coffee great which helps get me through my day but Renee creates bubbly and welcoming environment which makes the simple task of getting a morning coffee so much more enticing.
