Riviera Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

An absolutely phenomenal restaurant! I have tried a variety of pizzas, pastas and beverages and loved them all. The service is amazing and the workers are all lovely. The pizzas have an extremely generous amount of toppings and are cooked to perfection. The pastas never fail to amaze me and the sauces compliment them excellently. Their chips and chicken nuggets taste amazing and go even better with the delicious gravey they serve (It's also possible to get the chips baked instead of deep fried). The milkshakes and thickshakes have a large variety, even coffee if you ask for it. I haven't tried all the flavours but so far they've all been delicious. The selection of alcohol there is great but could prehaps use a little expanding for varieties sake. Food is always delivered hot and you can even get alcohol with your meal as well. (Note: legally you need to buy food to be able to have alcohol delivered and of course you need to also present valid ID once your order arrives)

Again, the overall service and experience with Riviera is brilliant and I can't recommend...

Definitely will not order from here again. I rang up an hour after ordering (and past the expected delivery time) just to get an ETA. I was told 20-30 minutes then hung up on before I could even acknowledge his response. I rang back and spoke to the manager/owner who just wanted to talk over the top of me and tell me how busy they are, said they would thrown in a free garlic bread. I didn’t want a freebie, I didn’t mind the delay in delivery, I just want him to address the fact staff should not be hanging up on customers. Pizzas finally arrived over 2 hours after order and one pizza was wrong, checked the receipt - it clearly states no anchovies or olives - yet both were on the pizza which now won’t be eaten. We are pretty easy going customers, we love supporting local and thought it great they were busy but after the last ordered was delivered to the wrong address and now this, we definitely...

Delicious pizza! Staff are friendly and when not knowing what to order she went through the pizza deals with me to help me decide. Very helpful! Got the deal for 3 large, garlic bread and a drink. For $65. There's a cheeky young boy that likes to run around and play hide and seek! (In a safe way!) Bringing smiles to those around him! I just love family run businesses! They all seem happy to be there and also happy to change a couple ingredients if needed. :) Atmosphere was great. Inviting and opens up to a dining area at the back if you chose to eat in. Food was made quick and perfectly cooked! Will be back for sure when I'm up in Shep again. From Melbourne. This place beats most pizzas ive had down here. Hard to find a decent pizza shop! Theres a very small selection of good pizza places and im just glad I've found another top quality one with the freshest ingredients and great pizza...
