Terrible food. Terrible experience. I’m not sure whether this is a new business or what. I’d give a 2 ⭐️ just out of pity. But definitely a 1 ⭐️.

I attended this restaurant and I ordered the Carbonara with Chicken and a Chocolate milkshake.

Trying my best to finish the food I did need to stop only due to the Carbonara being extremely oily as seen by the picture, the quality I’d expect from a dominoes. Before ordering the milk shake I did request the waiter if they could make it a thickshake and he advised me he’d find out and came back to say they cannot do that. I just wanted extra icecream. I’m sure 1-2 scoops aren’t going to affect your profit margins that much. I even suggested they could and I’d be happy to pay a couple $ extra. This they also declined. Very disappointing to say the least. Went to Lemon Tree Cafe instead - if you see this. Don’t waste your time here. Unless you’re willing to eat subpar food and have lower standards.

Just feedback. I’d probably suggest they could be more accommodating with the Thickshake request. Many reputable restaurants would do this for a positive customer service experience. I was surprised they declined. The waiter seemed quite young and inexperienced. They should also make better carbonara that isn’t half oil.

Overall I wouldn’t eat there again. I wouldn’t go out of my way to suggest my friends, family or colleagues go. I...

Would not recommend. We came here for dinner after not coming for a while. We ordered some entrees and two beef burgers. The entrees were average at best, one of them was the dumplings that are supposed to come out with a chilli sauce (as per menu) came with a curry and corriander mash on the side and the dumplings were falling apart with a dry ball of meat on the inside. The calamari was ok but quite oily. We also had bruschetta, that was tasty enough. The burgers were terrible. Came out with small amount of over cooked oily chips and aioli that tasted like butter. The beef patty wasn’t cooked through and some part of the burger whether it was the bun or lettuce or patty not sure but, it tasted like windex or Ajax or some sort of cleaning product. Lastly, when we tried to tell the people behind the counter about our meal (which we weren’t asked how was everything) he gaslit us and started to tell us he makes the burgers in house, he also wouldn’t let us finish. There was a lady that spoke up and said thank you for you feedback we will look into it but the man kept going. When we walked in we were hesitant as there was no one there on a Friday night, definitely dropped off. New owners? New chef? I dunno but whatever it is is hurting...

This is in response to last review that was from a customer named Mario! I remember who you were because you treated me and my staff appalling. Now before you make bad reviews that wasn’t needed let me set the record straight. Yes you did come in and said you wanted a table indoors, during summer everyone wants to sit inside but we could not accomodate due to restrictions that are inforced by the government ( NOT BY US!) we do everything we can to make our venue covid safe which is going by the rules! But In saying that after you had your hissy fit, I moved tables to try and get you inside and there was a spot for you, but you declined the offer and you just made the shift for myself and my staff terrible. You stated that you had someone that was pregnant, I have been pregnant and lots of women have and I get it. But women have been having babies and been pregnant for 1000s of years even before air con was envented and were all fine! Durung these times a global (PANDEMIC!) we all have to work together be understanding and not selfish. I hope that clears things up a little because people rarely hear our sides of the story when writing...

I went for brunch with my partner, and my first thought walking in was, “Damn, it’s so quiet” — but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I ordered the Veg. Gnocchi, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The dish was far too oily; with every scoop, all I could taste was oil. The gnocchi itself wasn’t cooked properly — some pieces were hard, while others were too soft and chewy. It just wasn’t enjoyable at all. On top of that, the service wasn’t great either. The servers looked confused when we asked simple questions and didn’t seem confident or prepared. The only positive thing I can say is that the place itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the beauty can only take you so far when the food and service don’t match up. I wouldn’t recommend this place. However, if you’d like to experience the disappointment yourself — go for it.

One of few modern eateries in Shepparton where offers great hospitality, good selection of cocktails and lovely smile. I ordered the Spicy Beef Salad which was perfect proportion and medium rare and served with blue berries mojito :) how lovely combination. Great vibe and relaxing space.
