What a disaster! Rang to place an order, was put on hold, and they forgot to come back to me! Drove into the shop to place order - one guy was full of excuses about being short staffed - I empathised but as a customer I didn’t need to know that! Other employee apologised which I accepted Took order home only to find part of the order missing - went back! They were happy to see me as I had solved the mystery of the extra flake they had 🥴 more apologies! Then the food - steak sub and souvlaki meat tough and inedible! Souvlaki wasn’t even rolled so it could be consumed properly If they couldn’t run the shop properly perhaps shutting would have been a better option for the customer!...

1 star but actually 0!!! The older guy - I think owner is so rude !!! Over charged me and was sooo rude to deal with. Like it was my fault!! Such an attitude. My mum then went and ordered something another time. Questioned the price of something he charged and he answered back like such a rude a hole and threw my mums money back at her and told her to “keep her money” couldn’t suggest anything other than STAY away!! My husband and I occasionally get food from here. Today i visited with him and i was discussing with him how i wasnt too fond of the way they display their prices and that the staff owner always seems to have trouble communicating how it all works (initally it seemed not worth mentioning on a review). Today the employee overhead this conversation and seemingly maliciously undercooked our chips. I am very dissapointed that he took such a comment with an overreaction.
